2. CHOOSE PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL VERSION
Decide how you’d like to receive your poster. Select a physical version for a premium quality poster delivered straight to your door, or choose the digital version to print at home or through a local print service. Both options guarantee exceptional quality and attention to detail.

3. CONFIRM THE POSTER PREVIEW
We’ll create a preview of your custom design using the album and layout you selected. Carefully review every detail so you receive the perfect poster. Let us know if anything needs adjusting before finalizing your order.

4. WAIT FOR YOUR DELIVERY
Once you’ve approved your preview, we’ll handle the rest. Physical posters will be carefully printed, packaged, and shipped to your home. Digital posters will be delivered via email in high-resolution png and pdf format, ready for immediate use.

With the printable art option, you receive your piece right away and have complete freedom to choose how you would like your design printed. Send the files to an online printer, local print shop, or even print from your home printer. Print on the material of your choice (paper, canvas, metal, you get the point.)

The printable art package includes high-resolution 300-dpi PNG and PDF files in the standard ISO size (size guide below). If you want a different file size, please contact us and we will get back to you in 12 hours. You will receive immediate access to your downloadable files once your order is confirmed. An email containing a download link will also be sent to your email address.

Delivery time to most countries worldwide is 2-5 business days. Delivery time to your country is calculated at the checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours.

SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on orders over 49€. If your order total is less than this, shipping costs are depending on the destination. Shipping cost to your country is calculated at the checkout. Once your order has left our warehouse, we’ll e-mail you a tracking link with the expected delivery date. It may take another day or so during the holiday seasons and other peaks affecting our warehouse. We use DHL and local carriers for deliveries.

RETURNS
